Stock availability
We constantly update our website with the latest stock availability in our warehouse and/or from our suppliers. However, there are the odd occasions when our stock levels don’t reflect the actual stock available on the website.
If you have placed an order with us and the order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to confirm the stock availability date and /or an alternative product that meets your specification.
We would suggest that for critical purchases that you contact us by telephone so we can confirm stock availability
If we are unable to assist you we will refund your payment without delay.
Product Suitability
We do not supply goods on a trial basis, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are suitable for your requirements and are of the “duty” they are intended for.
The3dprintingshop will accept no liability for damage to goods or any other liability or loss caused by incorrect use or the product.
The3dprintingshop takes reasonable care to ensure that all product description, specification and imagery is accurate. However, all sizes, colours, dimension and measurements should be treated as approximate. Full detailed specifications are available on request.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated all goods manufactured by The3dprintingshed carry a twelve months warranty on faulty parts or workmanship.
The3dprintingshed makes no warranty whatsoever in respect of items which it does not manufacture.
The3dprintingshed shall however assist the buyer to obtain the benefit of any applicable warranties given by a third party manufacturer or distributor. Customers must use the warranty arrangements specifically provided.
The3dprintingshed cannot be held responsible in the event of a manufacturer or distributor being unable to provide warranty, including labour and/or parts where the manufacturer or distributor has discontinued a product for any reason and parts are no longer available, or suffered bankruptcy, or is under financial administration by a receiver.
Payment
All transaction on the The3dprintingshed website go through our secure payment gateway. No payment details are stored on our website, so your information is kept safe.
We all know that credit card fraud is at an all-time high. To protect you from fraudulent card transactions, we may contact you by telephone to validate your order and if the card holder address is different to the delivery address we may also ask for an authorisation code from your bank.
If this cannot be provided, we may request an alternative payment method and issue a refund on the original transaction.

Legal
None or Fraudulent Payment.
Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, which will incur costs. Any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You agree that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.
Law.
All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of England & Wales.
